Herning Valgmenighed kindergarten and daycare

Herning Valgmenighed kindergarten and daycare is the first privately integrated institution in Herning. The goal of the institution is to create an open, safe and challenging environment for the children – one that’s build on a foundation of fantasy, joy of life, freedom and community.  

One day I was contacted by Jacob Lykke who was responsible for the development of the institutions new website. He offered me an exciting assignment in designing illustrations for the website. 

About the Illustrations

The primary demand was that the illustrations should all include the institutions logo, which is a child’s drawing of a little forrest troll. It was important that the forest troll was to be drawn in an art-style similar to that of a child’s drawing, and drawn in various situations with children in the institution.
